As an empath and holistic healer, I am always keenly interested in learning new modalities to incorporate into my healing practice.

Soon after I experienced personal healing through Reiki and Reflexology, I studied and offered these services to help others recover naturally from their chronic pain as I had.

Powerful Crystal Healing

But it was crystal healing that made the biggest impact on my health. It was through crystal healing and drinking crystal-structured water that I was finally able to take myself off the multiple treatments and medications that formed my daily life just a few years ago.

When I was first presented with the Somavedic Medic Green Ultra - even though I did not know anything about it - I immediately felt its energy and it felt right when I was later informed that the Somavedic had crystals and gemstones in its core. I was not at all surprised. I would like to share my personal experiences after Somavedic came into my life.

It is a known fact that with healing, sometimes, things get worse before they get better. This fact had remained a theoretical concept for me, as I had never experienced this problem before - be it personally or witnessed from my clients - until Somavedic entered my life!

Wham! It was like a tornado had hit me!

Unexplained Drowsiness

For the first two initial weeks, I felt drowsy and sleepy all the time combined with severe headaches - sleeping far more than I have ever slept. For someone who only ever slept 3-4 hours every night and still wakes up full of energy the next day, this lethargic feeling was completely foreign to me. I could not fight off this feeling and had to simply go along with what my body is telling me it needs. Maybe I'm finally catching up from years of inadequate sleep; or maybe my body is doing something that it's supposed to be doing. Luckily, after 2 weeks, I was back to my normal routine, and feeling quite energized with only a few hours of sleep every night.

Weathering through Personal Crises

Shortly after, two personal crises hit me, one after the other. Without going through details, I can say that for many days, I was so shaken that I could barely breathe or think. With the Somavedic, I felt that I was in a good place, even though it was painful. My clients who have known me a long time observed that it was very interesting that I did not seem at all flustered or destroyed by the circumstances that I was going through.

Regular Bowel Function Restored

I have suffered bowel issues since childhood. I experienced pain and nausea every time I ingested food. I often vomited because of my bowel issues. Surgery and bowel repair made the situation more manageable even though shortly after my surgery, my bowel stopped functioning and was on intravenous feeding for 6 weeks. After this, I continued to suffer bowel problems.

Into the third month of using the Somavedic, unbeknownst to me, my bowel function improved! At first, I said, oh that’s nice, but as I paid more attention, I feel that on a regular basis, it seems to be functioning better. I feel it is quite possible that this is due to the Somavedic.

Last September, 2021, due to a busy work schedule, I was away from home for 3 nights in a row. Away from the Somavedic’s sphere of influence, lo and behold, for those 3 days, my bowel function went back to its previous irregular state!

But as soon as I came home and was within the Somavedic field, my bowel function became regular again! What an opportune way to confirm the Somavedic’s impact on my improved bowel function! Now I plan to take a portable Somavedic with me should I be away from home for even a few days.

I am looking forward to see what other benefits I will experience as I continue using Somavedic!
