Somavedic Warranty Terms and Conditions

The warranty period for Somavedic is 60 months. The functionality and efficiency of the device is five years, which the company guarantees.

The warranty only applies to material defects, functional defects or defects in manufacturing.

Defects caused by inappropriate handling and force majeure (lightning, earthquakes etc.) are not covered by the warranty. The warranty also does not cover defects caused by improper and careless handling, use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, damage due to natural disasters, overvoltage or undervoltage in the home network, violent damage and mechanical damage of the device, such as a fall or signs of unauthorized intrusion in the device.

The expected service life of the device is 7-10 years.

Warranty and post-warranty repairs are carried out exclusively by the manufacturer and are carried out in an exchangeable manner.
