Apply a pea-sized amount (approximately 1/4 teaspoon) to a thin-skinned area, such as the face, inner wrist, thigh, neck, belly or chest. Use once in the morning and once in the evening. It is not necessary to alternate locations. Use it daily, regardless of menopause stage or hormonal imbalance. (If still having a menstrual cycle, take a break during menses.)
