Our shipping policy is tailored to the products in your order.  To ensure that your order gets delivered to you safely and securely, there are certain more fragile items that will be shipped with insurance.  Our shipping policy reflects this key consideration.

Clean Beauty Essentials Collection (TAHNYC, Moonmaid Botanicals, Q-Mist)

We offer FREE Shipping* with minimum order of $110 before taxes.  Exclusions listed below.

For orders below $90, we charge a Flat Shipping Rate* of $15.00.  Exclusions listed below.

If you have completed your order online and extra shipping charges are required, we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If no response is provided within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled. 

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. These fees are collected by the carrier or brokerage company and you are responsible for paying them. Safe Serene Space is unable to give estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

International Orders

For all orders outside of Canada and USA, kindly contact us for a shipping quote.

What method do you use for shipping?

Select courier services that meet our delivery standards will be making the delivery of our products to your door.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email to the email address you provided when you placed your order. Please make sure your email address is correct.  Please note that the tracking number is usually sent out the following day, and your order may already be out for delivery by the time you get the email.

How do I check the status of my order?

After you complete the checkout, you are given a URL to the order status page, which is the final page of the checkout process. You can track the status of your order on this page.  Your order’s tracking number will also be provided on this page when your order is shipped.  You can see real-time updates on the location of your shipment.

You will be contacted if any of the following situations arise:

  • Your information cannot be verified due to missing information or errors. 
  • The item you ordered is currently out of stock and will take longer than estimated to get back in stock, or is no longer available.

Please make sure your email address or SMS is correct. Your email address is the primary method that we use to keep you posted regarding your order.  Safe Serene Space cannot be held responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of an incorrect or misdirected email provided by you that prevents us from contacting you regarding your order.

Safe Serene Space reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or order information errors.

When will I receive my order?

After you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

What is your policy if my product arrives damaged?

As all of our products are currently shipped using courier services that require your Signature upon receipt of goods in good condition, we request your cooperation to inspect that the goods have arrived without damage.

If the product carton looks damaged, please refuse delivery of the shipment or else note on the bill of lading all visible damage.  Please take photos. The freight driver is required to wait for you to unpack and inspect your shipment before you sign for delivery. 

Please contact us immediately so that we can make arrangements for your unit to be picked up and a replacement unit sent out.
