 Somavedic Products Return and Refund Policy

Within 60 days from your purchase date, should you find that you are not completely satisfied with your Somavedic product, we offer you a hassle-free, 100% Money-Back GuaranteeShipping and customs fees are not refundable.  

Exception: Somavedic Gold is customized for each customer and is therefore not eligible for refund or exchange.

Your receipt and proof of purchase are required.  Somavedic must be fully functional and in its original packaging, with the full set of electrical adapters that came with the package. Please follow the RMA procedure outlined below to guide you through the steps to make your return as easy as possible.

This policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase.  If 60 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

If your Somavedic becomes defective after installing it, it is covered by the Somavedic 5-year product warranty.  Please note that the product warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse.


ENV RD-10 EMF Meter Return and Refund Policy

Within 30 days from your purchase date, you may return this product as long as it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging for full credit on the purchase price, less 20% restocking fee. Shipping and customs fees are not refundable.

Our Return Procedure

Please note that Safe Serene Space does not refund shipping, customs, handling, or insurance charges for returned or exchanged products.

  1. Prior to shipping, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA number and shipping instructions. A credit will not be issued without an RMA number.
  2. Please pack the item carefully for safe transit, in its original packaging - ie, packaged exactly as it was received.  
  3. Select a method of shipment that provides a tracking number.
  4. When completing the shipping document, please indicate “Return of Goods”.
  5. Declare the value of goods being returned and please purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  6. Enclose your original receipt / proof of purchase. 
  7. Include a brief written description for your reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For all returns, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  You are still responsible for the item until we approve it for refund.
