Shipping

Our shipping policy factors in the cost of insurance when shipping high-value items.

We offer FREE shipping in Canada with minimum order values by collection.

A flat shipping rate is also offered.

We take extra care in getting our products delivered to you.  Each delivery made by our selected courier service is fully insured, and requires your satisfactory inspection and signature before we declare that you have received the goods. 

The approximate delivery times will be made available to you once you receive your shipment tracking number.  We request that you be available to inspect and sign off when the product gets delivered to you.

Select postal and courier services that meet our delivery standards will be making the delivery of our products to your door.

As all of our products are currently shipped using courier services that require your Signature upon receipt of goods in good condition, we request your cooperation to inspect that the goods have arrived without damage.

If the product carton looks damaged, please refuse delivery of the shipment or else note on the bill of lading all visible damage.  Please take photos. The freight driver is required to wait for you to unpack and inspect your shipment before you sign for delivery. 

Please contact us immediately so that we can make arrangements for your unit to be picked up and a replacement unit sent out.

Currency and Taxes

All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

US pricing is given for reference and calculated based on CAD to USD exchange rate, which fluctuates daily.  Your credit card will be billed in Canadian dollars.  The actual cost of your purchase, in US dollars, may be slightly higher or lower than our posted estimates.  Please refer to your credit card statement to view your actual cost.

All sales made in Canada are subject to federal and provincial taxes. If an order is shipped to the following provinces or territories, Safe Serene Space must collect the applicable taxes as described:


5% in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon (GST only)

13% in Ontario (HST)

15% in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island (HST)

For orders shipped outside of Canada, Canadian taxes are not collected. 

For orders shipped outside of Canada, Canadian taxes are not collected. 

However, orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. These fees are collected by the carrier or brokerage company and you are responsible for paying them.

Safe Serene Space is unable to give estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns and Refunds

Our Return policy varies by collection:

1) EMF Protection Collection

With the exception of the ENV RD-10 EMF Meter and Somavedic Gold, all Somavedic products have a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. 

2) Qlife Molecular Hydrogen Collection

All Qlife products have a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

3) TAHNYC Skin Care products are final sale.

Order Processing and Status Tracking

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is processed and ready to ship.

Please contact hello@safeserenespace.comimmediately so we can do our best to make any requested changes before it is too late! We are committed to shipping orders quickly, so if your order has already been released, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email to the email address you provided when you placed your order. Please make sure your email address is correct.  Please note that the tracking number is usually sent out the following day, and your order may already be out for delivery by the time you get the email.

After you complete the checkout, you are given a URL to the order status page, which is the final page of the checkout process. You can track the status of your order on this page.  Your order’s tracking number will also be provided on this page when your order is shipped.  You can see real-time updates on the location of your shipment.

After you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

Warranty Policy

All Somavedic products come with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty

All Qlife products come with a Qlife 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

The ENV RD-10 EMF meter comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.   

Should your product stop functioning or become defective within this period, your unit will either be repaired or you will be provided with a replacement product by the manufacturer at no cost to you.  Please note that the product warranty does not cover physical damage.
