Qlife Warranty Terms and Conditions

From the date of purchase, Qlife extends a one-year (12-month) warranty on the product.  

The warranty can be claimed by providing the serial number along with proof of purchase (invoice and payment transaction history).

The following conditions are not covered by warranty:

- The product was purchased from unauthorized dealers or unauthorized online retailers

- Dismantling or modifications to the product will automatically void the warranty

- Damage or Malfunction caused by dropping during usage or damages caused by shipping of the product

- Damage or Malfunction caused by improper use of the product

- Damage or Malfunction caused by improper maintenance or storage of the product

- Product has been repaired by an unauthorized repair center or technician.
