Published in June 2020 (Journal of Thoracic Disease. 2020), this China study is the first multicenter randomized clinical trial that verifies the efficacy and safety of H2-O2 (mixed hydrogen gas and oxygen gas) inhalation in patients (n=90) with COVID-19.
Patients with COVID-19 frequently presented with dyspnea, coughing, chest pain and distress, and oxygen desaturation which cannot be rapidly relieved with other existing therapies (including oxygen therapy). The therapeutic effects of H2-O2 became significant as early as days 2 and 3 and the reduction of most respiratory symptoms persisted till the end-of-treatment.
The authors also concluded that the safety profiles of H2-O2 have rendered H2-O2 inhalation particularly suitable for relieving difficulty in breathing and other breathing symptoms in patients with COVID-19, regardless of the disease severity. [Clinical Trial]

Hydrogen is the first element on the periodic table, and it is the lightest molecule in the universe. Research over the years have established that molecular hydrogen is a very powerful antioxidant.

H2 is very safe and the risk of overdose is nil. Research demonstrates that there is an amount of H2 that is not enough but there is not an amount that appears to be too much or too high. This is due to the fact that our lungs will simply exhale the excess. H2 does not build up in our system. H2 for ingestion purposes, has an extremely high safety profile.
All intake methods are very beneficial. Based on the latest research, we share which organs and systems benefit most for each intake method. Drinking H2 water benefits metabolic systems most. Inhaling H2 benefits respiratory system, circulatory and cardiovascular systems most. Soaking and Bathing obviously benefits the skin and hair the most.
Experts recommend to use all intake methods in combination for the most benefits. Hydrogen gas is flammable at a concentration of 4.7 to 75%. However, it rapidly diffuses into air to non-flammable levels upon exiting the cannula. But it is good practice to remove anything that can spark combustion when using the H2 Respire.
Research studies have shown that both yield great results. Some experts promote the Pure Hydrogen option as a better option than Brown's Gas because it has been tested to yield higher blood saturation of H2 than Brown's Gas.

The more molecular hydrogen you have in your body, the better. For a first time user, we recommend to start with a 30 min session and then as you get more used to it, to gradually increase the time. Experts have recommended the following rules of thumb: for healthy adults, 2 to 4 hours of daily H2 Respire inhalation is recommended. For those who are battling diseases, higher therapeutic doses can be taken as can be handled by the body.
Every single H2 Respire unit is individually tested before it leaves Qlife's manufacturing site. Qlife quality assurance personnel always dries the unit as much as possible after completing its assurance process. However, sometimes, there will still be some water left inside the device. Please be assured that these are brand new and not returns.
For those who may have used oxygen inhalation devices, please note that H2 is not as powerful and you should not expect the same experience as inhaling oxygen. A few things to check to ensure maximum H2 inhalation throughput: (1) Ensure that water level is above Min, preferably at the Max level. (2) Ensure that the silicon connector tube and the nasal cannula are properly connected and that they are not entangled or bent.
