In Canada, we offer Free Shipping* for all orders $1000 CAD and above.  For orders below this, we offer a Flat Shipping Rate* of $29.00 CAD.

In the USA, we offer Free Shipping* for all orders $1000 CAD and above.  For orders below this, we offer a Flat Shipping Rate* of $20.00 CAD.

Currency

All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

US pricing is given for reference and calculated based on CAD to USD exchange rate, which fluctuates daily.  Your credit card will be billed in Canadian dollars.  The actual cost of your purchase, in US dollars, may be slightly higher or lower than our posted estimates.  Please refer to your credit card statement to view your actual cost.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is processed and ready to ship.

If there is an anticipated delay of more than 7 business days due to out-of-stock items, or other delivery service disruptions, you will be notified via the email or mobile contact information you provide as part of your checkout.

Returns and Refunds
